Experience

Hi, I'm Chris, an experienced commercial property lawyer & qualified notary public practising in Swansea. Offering notarial appointments across Swansea South Wales.

Originally from the Bath and Bristol area, where I often still spend time, I can see clients by prior arrangements across the South West & South Wales areas. 

I am also an experienced property solicitor, acting for investors and property developers, and I run my notarial practice along side my work as a solicitor.

I work independently so therefore can offer an efficient and flexible service with a quick turnaround on notary work. I can offer out of office hours appointments and travel to you if required.
